PROLINE G2, EZ-Install Grid Straps (Punched Sections) and Full-Height Vertical Grid Straps can be used to form an internal framework in a modular enclosure so that essentially anything can be mounted securely inside analogous to an industrial ‘erector set’. Electrical equipment, shelves, keyboard compartments and cable management accessories can all be mounted easily on the grid strap network, which is created by combining vertically- and horizontally-mounted grid straps. Includes the BV-M6 fastener (Blind, Variable M6 screw based fastener) which is an innovative alternative to cage nuts or self tapping screws which can result in hole stripping. The fastener combines a screw and nut in one easy to-handle package. With the BV-M6 no need to access the back of the fastener to tighten and the thickness of the item attaching needn’t be predefined. When the BV-M6 is tightened, the embedded nut engages and moves up the screw thread to tighten. Quick installation using the patent pending front load BV-M6 fastener. Grid strap hooks onto the included brackets and snaps into place for easy installation. Each bracket can be installed with one BV-M6 fastener (or frontloading cage nut) per side, and one additional BV-M6 fastener per side to secure. Available with either one row or three rows of holes.
